Q: How do I choose the right size for my pet?

A: Every product includes a size chart in the description. We recommend measuring your pet’s neck, chest, and back length before ordering. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us!

Q: Do you make custom pet clothing?

A: Yes! We offer select custom designs and personalization on some items. Look for the "Customizable" badge on product pages or contact us for special requests.

Q: What kind of materials do you use?

A: We use pet-friendly, breathable, ECO Friendly, light wear and durable materials like soft polyester, cotton blends, and stretch fabrics—always chosen with comfort and safety in mind.

Q: My pet is in between sizes. What should I do?

A: When in doubt, size up for a more comfortable fit. You can also email us a photo and your pet’s measurements—we're happy to help!
